Unternehmensgegenstand

Entwicklung und Betrieb der kostenlosen mobilen Anwendung alps.ride, die Fahrplan- und Echtzeitinformationen des öffentlichen Verkehrs in Tirol und Südtirol darstellt.

Es handelt sich um ein nicht-kommerzielles Freizeitprojekt: Die App ist kostenlos, enthält keine Werbung, keine In-App-Käufe und kein Abo-Modell. Es besteht keine Gewerbeberechtigung und keine Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer, da keine unternehmerische Tätigkeit ausgeübt wird.

Blattlinie (§ 25 Abs. 4 MedienG)

alps.ride informiert über Abfahrten, Verbindungen und Störungen im öffentlichen Verkehr in Tirol und Südtirol. Website und App dienen ausschließlich der Information über dieses Angebot.

Keine Verbindung zu Verkehrsunternehmen

alps.ride ist eine unabhängige, private App. Sie steht in keiner rechtlichen oder wirtschaftlichen Verbindung zu den Innsbrucker Verkehrsbetrieben (IVB), zum Verkehrsverbund Tirol (VVT), zu den ÖBB, zur STA – Südtiroler Transportstrukturen AG oder zu sonstigen Verkehrsunternehmen und wird von diesen weder betrieben noch beauftragt oder unterstützt. Die genannten Namen und Marken sind Eigentum der jeweiligen Unternehmen und werden ausschließlich zur Bezeichnung der Datenquellen verwendet.

Haftung für Fahrplan- und Echtzeitdaten

Die dargestellten Abfahrtszeiten, Verspätungen und Verbindungen stammen aus externen Datenquellen und werden unverändert oder aufbereitet weitergegeben. Wir übernehmen keine Gewähr für Richtigkeit, Vollständigkeit und Aktualität dieser Daten.

Verbindliche Auskunft erteilen ausschließlich die jeweiligen Verkehrsunternehmen. Eine Haftung für versäumte Anschlüsse, entgangene Fahrten, Folgekosten oder sonstige Schäden, die aus der Nutzung der angezeigten Informationen entstehen, ist – soweit gesetzlich zulässig – ausgeschlossen. Insbesondere kann es zu Ausfällen der Datenquellen, Verzögerungen bei der Echtzeitaktualisierung oder Abweichungen zwischen App und tatsächlichem Betrieb kommen.

Haftung für Links

Diese Website und die App enthalten Links zu externen Websites Dritter, auf deren Inhalte wir keinen Einfluss haben. Für diese fremden Inhalte ist stets der jeweilige Anbieter verantwortlich. Zum Zeitpunkt der Verlinkung waren keine Rechtsverstöße erkennbar. Bei Bekanntwerden von Rechtsverletzungen entfernen wir derartige Links umgehend.

Purpose

Development and operation of the free mobile application alps.ride, which displays public transport timetable and real-time information for Tyrol and South Tyrol.

This is a non-commercial hobby project: the app is free of charge and contains no advertising, no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. There is no trade licence and no VAT identification number, as no commercial activity is carried out.

Editorial policy (§ 25 (4) MedienG)

alps.ride provides information about departures, connections and disruptions in public transport in Tyrol and South Tyrol. The website and the app serve this informational purpose exclusively.

No affiliation with transit operators

alps.ride is an independent, private app. It has no legal or commercial relationship with Innsbrucker Verkehrsbetriebe (IVB), Verkehrsverbund Tirol (VVT), ÖBB, STA – Südtiroler Transportstrukturen AG or any other transit operator, and is neither run, commissioned nor endorsed by them. The names and trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the data sources.

Liability for timetable and real-time data

Departure times, delays and connections shown in the app come from external data sources and are passed on either unchanged or processed. We give no warranty as to their accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

Only the respective transit operators provide binding information. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for missed connections, missed journeys, consequential costs or other damage arising from use of the information displayed. In particular, data sources may fail, real-time updates may be delayed, and the app may deviate from actual operations.

Liability for links

This website and the app contain links to external third-party sites over whose content we have no influence. The respective provider is always responsible for that content. No infringements were apparent at the time of linking. We will remove such links immediately if we become aware of any legal violation.

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. As alps.ride is offered free of charge and without any contract being concluded, no consumer transaction arises.

alps.ride è un'app privata e indipendente.
